Resistance training Total Body Conditioning classes tackles your cardio, strength & core at once. Complete 2-3 TBC workouts each week for ultimate weight loss, weight maintenance, increased lean mass, increased metabolism & bone density. You can choose a different TBC routine each workout, or repeat one TBC routine throughout the week.
In addition to TBC, PiYo classes can be added to your weekly schedule for additional strength, balance, flexibility & stability training. Develop long, lean, functional muscles while lengthening & strengthening.
Explore different combinations of TBC & PiYo to build the routine that works best for your goals & your schedule. You do not have to be extreme, you just have to be consistent. 2-3 TBC workouts each week, 1-3 PiYo workouts each week.
Amazing Ab workouts can be added to a TBC or PiYo workout day, or can be a stand alone workout for you to complete on days where increased activity or extra steps is your goal. These short, effective, functional core workouts can be perform anytime, anywhere with no equipment necessary.
