What to Expect in This Flow
Grounding & Opening (Section One)
We begin seated in Butterfly Pose with deep breaths, chest openers, and side bends to release tension in the spine and hips. Flowing into Moving Cat and Bird Dogs helps wake up your core and stabilize the body before standing work begins.
Strength & Mobility (Section Two)
Here the workout heats up. You’ll move from Child’s Pose to Plank Flows and Tricep Push-Ups, then into Warrior I and II sequences to build lower-body strength. Expect lunges, pyramids, and chaturangas woven together with fluid transitions to challenge endurance while keeping breath and movement linked.
Balance Challenge (Section Three)
