Drawing on decades of experience coaching women, Nikki blends strength and cardio in a way that is effective, approachable, and easy to stick with. You will move through purposeful exercises that challenge your muscles, improve stability, and leave you feeling strong, confident, and accomplished, not exhausted. PiYo with Nikki is a flowing, full-body class that blends the strength of Pilates with the mobility and calm of yoga to help you feel strong, centered, and refreshed. With decades of experience leading group fitness, Nikki guides you through intentional, low-impact sequences that build lean strength, improve flexibility, and support balance without stressing your joints. This class is about moving with purpose, connecting breath to movement, and leaving your mat feeling grounded, energized, and proud of what your body can do.
1:1 coaching with Nikki is a personalized experience designed to help you feel your best from the inside out. Together, you will create a realistic plan that supports your goals in fitness, nutrition, stress management, and daily habits.
